‣ What is the paper like? What pen should we use to sign?
☞ We print on a beautiful, thick fine art paper that is made to preserve crisp archival prints. It is slightly textured like watercolor paper and has a matte finish. We recommend the Sakura Gelly Roll Pen, and we include one with your order!

‣ What if I don’t have a Hebrew name?
☞ No problem! We frequently translate English names to include in the Hebrew portion of your text.

‣ When will I receive my design proof?
☞ Within 7 business days of placing your order

‣ Can you include my custom text? Will that change the processing time?
☞ We love to incorporate texts that couples write, and doing so will not impact the processing time for your order.

‣ Can I make changes to one of the Foreverie texts or add more signature lines?
☞ Sure! Just include the changes in the Notes section at checkout.
